Customer service was A+! I flew into town last minute & looked at a few places in Gretna to purchase flowers for my mother in law. I called and they were one of the few places that could accommodate my request in less than 48 hours. I arrived an hour early and my flowers were ready! I loved them! My mother in law loved them & my wife loved them as well! I talked to the owner and thanked her for her ability to fulfill my last minute request. She shared with me that she was happy to help & that she has been in the business for 20+ years! That expertise showed itself in customer service!

Flowers With A Twist (“FWT”) came through! I’d been so busy, I didn’t have an opportunity to order a Mother’s Day arrangement until a few days before. FWT accepted my order; already had the facility’s address where I needed them delivered; got the flowers directly to my sister; and the arrangement was beautiful! She couldn’t take her eyes off of them for a while. Your beautiful arrangement of fresh, colorful flowers did what I’d hoped they would. They said “You’re special, sister!” Thank you for the incredible service and classy treatment!
